Objective To explore complex trabecular surgery for the clinical treatment effect of primary glaucoma. Methods Selection of glaucoma patients admitted in our hospital ophthalmology divided into observation group and control group,the observation group to implement a combined trabecular surgery,the control group using conventional trabeculectomy,compare the curative effect. Results Observation group of patientsⅠandⅡfiltering bleb is significantly higher than the control group; the observation group of patients completely control intraocular pressure was 92.74%,significantly higher than the control group(56.29%)patients. Conclusion For patients with primary glaucoma patients,using a combined trabecular surgery treatment,the normal trabecular resection is better than general surgery.%目的：探讨和分析复合式小梁切除手术对于原发性青光眼的临床治疗效果。方法选取我院眼科收治的333例青光眼患者分为观察组和对照组，观察组实施复合式小梁切除手术，对照组采用常规的小梁切除术，将疗效进行对比。结果观察组患者Ⅰ型和Ⅱ型滤过泡明显高于对照组；经6个月随访，观察组患者眼压完全控制率为92.74%，明显高于对照组患者（56.29%）。结论对于患有原发性青光眼患者，采用复合式小梁切除手术治疗，明显优于一般的常规性小梁切除手术治疗。
