养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的临床探析

摘要

目的：对养血清脑颗粒治疗原发性高血压的临床效果进行探讨分析。方法选取于2014年2月～2014年12月在我院门诊接受治疗的46例原发性高血压患者，并随机分为对照组和治疗组对采取卡托普利片和养血清脑颗粒治疗的临床疗效进行对比。结果治疗组患者治疗后的舒张压和收缩压以及治疗有效率与对照组比较差异显著，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论在治疗原发性高血压时采用养血清脑颗粒治疗的效果显著，能够快速的控制患者血压，值得在临床治疗原发性高血压中推广应用。%Objective Clinical medication effect of yangxueqingnao particle in treatment of primary hypertension is to be studied. Methods Choose 46 primary hypertension patients who are treated in hospital clinic from February 2014 to December 2014 and separate them into control group and study group at random and they are given topley medication treatment and yangxue qingnao medication treatment respectively,and then observe and compare clinical treatment efficacy between two groups. Results There is a treatment differential between two groups in terms of patients’diastolic and systolic pressure and treatment efficiency,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Yangxue qingnao medication is of efficiency in treatment of primary hypertension; it is conducive to control ing patients’blood pressure quickly; thus,yangxue qingnao medication is quite worthwhile to be promoted and applied clinical y in treatment of primary hyperrtension.
