尿激酶对老年脑血栓患者恢复功能、改善生活质量的影响分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the effect of urokinase on the function recovery and the improved quality life of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis. Methods Selected 120 cases of elderly patients with cerebral thrombosis in our hospital and randomly divided into two groups.On the basis of conventional drug treatment, the experience group was given smal dose of urokinase treatment.Observed the clinical effects、function recovery of two groups. Results The effective rate of the experiment group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(66.67%),the adverse reaction rate was lower than that of the control group,with significance differences( P<0.05). Conclusion Application of urokinase in treatment of senile cerebral thrombosis cerebral thrombosis can effectively restore the function of patients.%目的：对应用尿激酶治疗对于老年脑血栓患者恢复功能、改善生活质量的影响进行分析。方法选取我院收治的120例老年脑血栓患者作为研究对象，随机分为实验组和对照组。两组在常规的药物治疗基础上，实验组对脑血栓患者加用尿激酶治疗。观察两种方法对治疗老年脑血栓患者恢复功能、改善生活质量的临床效果。结果实验组的有效率96.67%明显高于对照组的有效率66.67%，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）；实验组的不良反应率为23.33%，对照组的不良反应率为26.67%，两者在统计学无意义（P>0.05）。结论老年脑血栓患者应用尿激酶治疗脑血栓可有效恢复患者的功能，提高生活质量。
