川芎鉴定及临床应用分析

摘要

Objective Chuanxiong identification and its clinical application are to be analyzed. Methods Choose 40 menstruation patients who are treated in hospital from November 2013 to November 2014 and separate them into two groups according to different treatment approaches to analyze Chuanxiong identification; 22 patients in study group are given Chuangxiong medication treatment,while 18 patients in control group are given conventional treatment. And then observe and compare treatment efficacy between two groups. Results The comparative result shows that treatment efficacy in study group is higher than that in control group; there is a treatment differential between two groups,and such a differential has statistic value(P<0.05). Conclusion Chuangxiong is of efficiency in treatment of menstruation patients;thus,it is quite worthwhile to be promoted.%目的：分析川芎鉴定及临床应用价值。方法搜集2013年11月～2014年11月我院月经不调40例患者，对川芎鉴定进行分析，按照不同治疗方式进行分组。研究组共22例，治疗时应用川芎；对照组共18例，接受常规治疗。观察两组疗效，并对比。结果两组疗效相比，研究组治疗有效率较高，有明显差异，有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论川芎治疗月经不调效果显著，具有较大推广价值。
