类风湿性关节炎患者心理影响因素及护理

摘要

目的：探讨类风湿性关节炎患者的心理影响因素及护理对策。方法84例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各42例，对其护理前后各进行SAS 和 SDS 评分调查，比较前后评分。结果观察组治疗效果优于对照组，P<0.05。结论心理护理对于类风湿性关节炎患者是重要的组成部分，临床应给予足够的重视。%Objective To study the psychological factors of patients with rheumatoid arthritis and nursing countermeasures. Methods 84 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,42 cases of each group. Investigate the SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing,and compare the score before and after. Results The curative effect in observation group was obviously better than control group,P<0.05. Conclusion Psychological nursing for patients with rheumatoid arthritis is an important part of clinical should give enough attention.
