改良侧入式腹膜外切口剖宫产术与子宫下段剖宫产术的疗效对比分析

摘要

Objective Analyse and compare the modified lateral peritoneal section and lower uterine cesarean section. Methods We selected 200 patients with cesarean section in our hospital from Augest 2013 to Augest 2014 . They were randomly divided into study group and control group,the control group using lower uterine cesarean section,the study group using the m the modified lateral peritoneal section,comparing the operation time,intraoperative bleeding volume,fetal childbirth time and other postoperative development in two groups. Results The bleeding volume and fetal childbirth time were significant difference(P<0.05)in two groups. Conclusion The cesarean section patients with modified lateral extraperitoneal cesarean section can effectively improve the delivery success rate,shorten the time of birth. It is worth in clinical application.%目的：分析改良侧入式腹膜外剖宫产与子宫下段剖宫产的疗效对比。方法选取我院于2013年8月～2014年8月收治的200例剖宫产分娩患者，将其随机分为研究组和对照组，对照组采用子宫下段剖宫产方式，研究组采用改良侧入式腹膜外剖宫产方式，对比两组患者的手术时间、术中出血量、胎儿分娩时间以及其他的术后发展情况。结果研究组的术中出血量和胎儿分娩时间两项指标结果和对照组对应指标结果对比存在显著性差异（P<0.05），具有统计学意义。结论剖宫产分娩患者采用改良侧入式腹膜外剖宫产方式实施分娩，能够提高分娩成功率，缩短分娩时间。
