脑梗死患者实施品管圈联合临床护理路径的效果分析

摘要

目的：分析品管圈联合临床护理路径在脑梗死患者的临床治疗效果。方法将80例脑梗死患者根据其护理方法分为对照组和观察组，对照组常规护理，观察组采用品管圈联合临床护理护理方法，观察两组患者护理效果。结果观察组患者护理满意度为96%，恢复率为93%，明显高于对照组。医护人员各项护理评分均明显高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论脑梗死患者恢复过程中，品管圈联合临床护理方法能够增强患者对病理的知晓率，改善了护理效果。%Objective To analyze the clinical care path QCC joint clinical outcomes in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods 80 patients with cerebral infarction were divided into a control group and observation groups according to their methods of care, usual care control group, observation group QCC joint clinical care nursing, nursing effects were observed.ResultsThe patient care satisfaction was 96% recovery rate of 93%, significantly higher. The medical staff of the nursing scores were significantly higher (P<0.05).Conclusion The recovery process in patients with cerebral infarction, QCC joint approach can enhance the clinical care of patients with pathology of awareness, improved care effect.
