不同护理模式在小儿高热中的护理效果比较

摘要

Objective Different models of care in nursing children with high fever in effect.MethodsOur hospital between January 2013~2014 January pediatric diagnosis and treatment of 100 cases of fever patients were randomly divided into two groups and the control group, 50 cases were observed in patients personalized care for patients in the control group routine care, compared to the clinical care of patients were observed effects. Results Patients observed in body temperature, parents satisfaction and complications were better than the control group, the difference was statisticaly significant (P<0.05).Conclusion For children with high fever patients in terms of the use of personalized care model of clinical effect is more significant, worthy of clinical use.%目的：研究不同护理模式在小儿高热中的护理效果。方法选取我院2013年1月～2014年1月间诊治的小儿高热患者100例，将其随机分为观察组和对照组各50例，对观察组患者进行个性化护理，对对照组患者进行常规护理，对比观察两组患者的临床护理效果。结果观察组患者在体温、家长满意度及并发症情况方面均优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论对于小儿高热患者来讲，采用个性化护理模式的临床效果较为显著，值得临床推广使用。
