晚期妊娠合并血小板减少症分娩临床治疗效果分析

摘要

Objective To study and observe the pregnancy with thrombocytopenia in late childbirth clinical therapeutic effect.Methods To colect a total of 60 patients with late pregnancy with thrombocytopenia, for their clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results Cause third trimester maternal thrombocytopenia was the main reason of pregnancy associated thrombocytopenia, gestational hypertension disease and idiopathic thrombocytopenic purpura. Platelet count in patients under 50 × 109/L intrapartum treatment with glucocorticoid and necessary need for the treatment of infusion of fresh frozen plasma and platelets. Conclusion The causes of late pregnancy appear thrombocytopenia, must carry on the treatment for the cause, effective treatments including glucocorticoid and platelet preparations.%目的：研究和观察晚期妊娠合并血小板减少症分娩临床治疗效果。方法收集晚期妊娠合并血小板减少症患者共60例，对她们的临床资料进行回顾性的分析。结果导致晚期妊娠产妇出现血小板减少症的主要原因是妊娠相关性的血小板减少、妊娠期高血压疾病以及特发性血小板减少性紫癜。血小板计数在50×109/L以下的患者在分娩期进行糖皮质激素治疗，必要时还需进行输注新鲜冰冻血浆和血小板的治疗。结论引发晚期妊娠产妇出现血小板减少症的原因较多，必须针对病因进行治疗，有效的治疗手段包括糖皮质激素和血小板制剂。
