加味四逆温胆汤治疗肝胃不和型反流性食管炎的效果

摘要

目的：探讨肝胃不和型反流性食管炎应用加味四逆温胆汤治疗的效果。方法我院2012年1月～2014年6月间收治的反流性食管炎76例，中医辨证为肝胃不和型，随机分为中医组（加味四逆温胆汤）和西医组（奥美拉唑+枸橼酸莫沙必利），比较两组治疗效果。结果中医组临床症状缓解率92.11%、内镜下治疗的总有效86.84%高于对照组71.05%和63.16%；随访6个月～2年，中医组复发率18.42%明显低于西医组42.11%，差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论加味四逆温胆汤治疗肝胃不和型反流性食管炎效果显著，可有效降低患者复发率。%Objcective To investigate the clinical efficacy of siwei wendan decoction in treatment reflux esophagitis in liver and stomach syndrome.Methods 76 cases of patients with reflux esophagitis in liver and stomach syndrome were randomly divided into the TCM group (four bile decoction jiawei inversion) and western medicine group(omeprazole and mosapride citrate),effects were compared between the two groups. Results TCM group treatment is better than western medicine group; folow up of from 6 months to 2 years,the chinese medicine group the recurrent rate was lower than western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified siwei wensdan decoction in the treatment of liver stomach disharmony type reflux esophagitis effect is good and it has great value in clinical application.
