高频振荡通气治疗新生儿重症呼吸衰竭的临床护理分析

摘要

目的：分析高频振荡通气治疗新生儿重症呼吸衰竭的临床护理方法和效果。方法回顾性分析2013年10月～2014年10月本院收治的62例行高频通气治疗的重症呼吸衰竭患儿的临床资料，按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组，每组31例，比较两组临床效果、并发症情况与平均通气时间。结果观察组临床总有效率高于对照组，并发症总发生率低于对照组，且平均通气时间少于对照组，比较差异均具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论综合护理干预对行高频振荡通气治疗的重症呼吸衰竭新生儿的效果显著。%Objective Analysis the clinical care methods and results of high-frequency oscilatory ventilation in treatment of neonatal respiratory failure.Methods Retrospective analysis 62 cases patients with severe respiratory failure who clinical data from October 2013 to 2014 October in our hospital routine treatment of high frequency ventilation in children with severe respiratory failure,according to a random number table is divided into observation group and control group 31 cases were compared clinical results,complications and the average ventilation. Results Clinical observation group total effective rate was higher,the overal incidence of complications than the control group,and the average ventilation time less than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention on the line high-frequency oscilatory ventilation in the treatment of severe respiratory failure in newborn significant effect.
