剖宫产后产褥感染的临床护理探析

摘要

目的：探讨剖宫产后对产褥感染的临床护理措施及注意事项。方法选取我院在2012年6月～2013年12月间收治的46例产褥感染患者，对23例对照组患者给予常规护理，给予另外23名观察组产褥感染患者临床护理，对两组患者的临床表现及资料记录进行对照分析。结果通过对常规护理和临床护理的患者进行治疗和观察，发现观察组患者的康复速度和住院的消费都明显比对照组的情况更优越，在护理满意度上也有所提高，不同护理形式前后对比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论通过对剖宫产后产褥感染的临床护理的探究，我们发现临床护理比较常规护理，能使患者减少痛苦，提升患者的康复信念，尽早复原，有效避免其他并发症的产生。%Objective To explore the clinical nursing care method for puerperal infection patients after cesarean section with the matters needing attention. Methods46 patients of puerperal infection after cesarean section who are treated in our hospital from June 2012 to December 2013 were selected. They were separated into two groups. 23 patients in control group were given conventional treatment,while 23 patients in study group were given clinical nursing care. We recorded and compared the patients’ clinical manifestations between two groups.Results The comparative result showed that the patients recovery as wel as their hospitalization expense in study group were much more favorable than those in control group. While there was an improvement of patients’ satisfaction with nursing care. In addition,as for different nursing approaches,treatment efficacy before treatment was quite different from that after the treatment with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing care study on puerperal infection after cesarean section reveals that compared to convention treatment,clinical nursing care is much more effective to relieve patients’ pain and increase patients’ faith in recovery,which are beneficial to prevent from complication occurrence.
