个体化疼痛管理对创伤骨科患者围手术期疼痛控制的影响

摘要

目的：探究个体化疼痛管理对创伤骨科患者围手术期疼痛控制的影响。方法将2010年10月～2013年10月来我院骨科就诊的创伤病患136例随机分成对照组和治疗组，对照组使用常规疼痛教育，治疗组使用个体化疼痛管理，比较两组病患的病患疼痛控制满意度和睡眠以及疼痛评分情况。结果治疗组病患在疼痛控制满意度和睡眠以及疼痛评分情况均优于对照组，且P<0.05。结论在院中对病患进行个体化疼痛管理，能够在根本上减轻病患在围手术期的痛苦，是一种使得推广的方式。%ObjectiveTo explore the effect of individual pain management in pain control for the patients in traumatic orthopedic perioperative.Methods From October 2010to October 2013,136 cases of trauma patients to our hospital with orthopedic treatment were selected in this study. The patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group. The control group received conventional pain education,while the treatment group received individual pain management. We compared the satisfaction with pain control and the sleep and pain scores between the two groups.ResultsThe pain control satisfaction and the sleep and pain scores of the patients in treatment group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The individual pain management in hospital for patients can fundamentaly relieve the pain. So it is a good way to popularized.
