目的：针对临床急性化脓性中耳炎治疗使用左氧氟沙星滴耳液的60名患者临床效果比较分析。方法选取本院内60例急性化脓性中耳炎患者作为本次的研究对象，根据所采取的不同治疗方法，将患者分成人数均等的两组进行相应比较。其中30例患者采用盐酸洛美沙星滴耳液治疗，将其作为本次的对照组；另30例患者分为研究组采用左氧氟沙星滴耳液治疗。分析比较两种治疗方式下患者的治疗效果。结果进行为期1个月的观察以后，研究组患者与对照组患者相比，治疗时间更短，治疗有效率更高且患者治疗后不良反应也较对照组少，具有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论对于急性化脓性中耳炎患者治疗采用左氧氟沙星滴耳液方法更有效提高患者的治疗效果，减少患者经济负担，在该病临床治疗中具有重要价值。%Objective To study the clinical effect of leftofloxacin Ear Drops in the treatment of 60 cases of patients with acute suppurative otitis media.Methods 60 cases of patients with acute suppurative otitis media were selected in our hospital as the research object,according to the different treatment of the approach taken,the patients were divided into two groups of equal number of corresponding comparison. 30 patients were treated with lomefloxacin hydrochloride eye drops in treatment of the control group; the other 30 patients with levofloxacin ear drop in the treatment as research group. The clinical effect of the treatment between two groups were compared.ResultsAfter the observation period of one months,the study group of patients compared with the control group,the treatment time were shorter,the effective rate of the treatment were higher,adverse reactions of treated patients were lower than those in the control group,two groups had statistical difference(P<0.05). Conclusion The patients with acute suppurative otitis media treated by levofloxacin eardrops are more effective methods to improve treatment effect and reduce the economic burden of patients,which has important value in the clinical treatment of the disease.
