输尿管镜下腹膜后纤维化肾积水患者置入双J管的临床护理

摘要

Objective Analyze and summarize the Nursing care of patients with retroperitoneal fibrosis receiving double J tube placed under ureteroscopy. Methods The study object from our hospital in 2013 March ~2013 year in December admissions of 32 cases of retroperitoneal fibrosis patients with hydronephrosis, al patients under ureteroscope placement of double J tube in peri operation nursing, careful, meticulous implementation of patients. Results In this group of patients with the success rate of catheterization was 100% (32/32), symptoms, physical signs were obviously improved. Conclusion The clinical care fibrosis hydronephrosis of double J tube indwel ing ureter mirror to strengthen the retroperitoneal, can effectively improve the success rate of operation, clinical must give high attention.%目的：分析总结输尿管镜下腹膜后纤维化肾积水置入双 J 管的临床护理体会。方法研究对象取自于我院2013年3月～2013年12月接诊的32例腹膜后纤维化肾积水患者，全体患者均于输尿管镜下置入双 J 管，对患者实施周密、细致的围手术护理。结果本组患者置管成功率为100%（32/32），患者症状、体征均有明显改善。结论加强输尿管镜下腹膜后纤维化肾积水置入双 J 管临床护理，能有效提高手术成功率，临床务必给予高度重视。
