临床检验ABO血型鉴定的质量控制

摘要

Objective To study the effective method to analyze the clinical blood type identification,improving clinical blood group identification accuracy, looking for the best economy, identification effect is the best way.Methods Initial inspection personnel using slide agglutination of blood are shaping,and then by the audit personnel using tube agglutination test were negative stereotypes,and to the positive type to compare the results, if the two results were consistent, then the constitution report,on the contrary,it was then conducted to identify the blood,clear results after the report was issued.Results Using the way of identification,no blood type error,error free blood cross matching of blood occurs.Conclusion The study method used to identify blood group,the reliable results,the economy is good,can be used in clinical examination.%目的：研究分析临床血型鉴定的有效方法，提升临床血型鉴定准确率，寻找经济性最佳，效果最好的鉴定方式。方法初检人员使用玻片凝集法来进行血型正定型，然后由审核人员使用试管凝集法进行反定型，将其和正定型的结果进行比较，如果两种结果相符合，则进行宪法报告，相反，则进行试验鉴定，明确血型结果后再将报告发出。结果使用该方式进行鉴定，没有出现血型错误的情况，无错误血型交叉配血发生。结论使用此次研究的方法来进行血型鉴定，结果可靠，经济性好，临床检验时可以使用。
