磁共振病灶体表定位贴及临床应用研究

摘要

目的：观察分析磁共振病灶体表定位贴的MRI表现及临床应用效果。方法对31例患者使用本定位贴进行MRI检查，参照图像对病灶进行体表定位，术中测量切口误差，评价定位的精确度、可靠性，并与对照组进行对比。结果31例定位贴在三种机型磁共振常用序列上显示清晰，定位误差（0.54±0.29）cm，明显低于对照组（1.25±0.49）cm。结论磁共振病灶体表定位贴定位准确、安全可靠，可用于指导手术切口或穿刺入路的选择。%Objective To observe and analyze the effect and clinical application of MRI manifestations of surface location paste. Methods In 31 patients using the location paste were examined by MRI. According to the image surface positioned the lesion, measurement error in the operation incision,and compared with the control group. Results 31 cases of the paste clear display in the three types of magnetic resonance common sequence,positioning error of (0.54±0.29)cm,significantly lower than the control group (1.25±0.49)cm. Conclusion MRI surface location paste for lesions is accurate and safe and reliable,which can guide the surgical incision or puncture approach.
