目的：探讨硝普钠联合多巴胺在治疗心衰合并低血压过程中的临床效果。方法选取2011年11月～2013年11月在我院接受心衰合并低血压治疗的患者104例为研究对象，随机分为观察组和对照组，每组52例患者。对照组患者给予常规抗心力衰竭和多巴胺治疗，观察组患者在对照组的基础上给予硝普钠治疗。结果观察组患者治疗有效率和LVDD、LVEF以及舒张压和收缩压等指标均明显优于对照组，具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对心衰合并低血压患者实施治疗的过程中，硝普钠联合多巴胺的运用可以提高临床治疗的有效性，改善患者LVDD、LVEF以及收缩压、舒张压等各项指标，具有显著的效果。%Objective To explore the clinical effect of sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine in the treatment of heart failure combined with hypotension. Methods 104 cases of heart failure combined with hypotension patients who treated in our hospital from November 2011 to November 2013 were selected as the research subjects, and the patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, 25 cases in each group. The patients in the control group received anti-heart failure and dopamine treatment, and the patients in the observation group were treated with sodium nitroprusside based on the treatment in the control gorup. Results The effective rate, left ventricular diastolic diameter (LVDD), left ventricular ejection fraction (LVEF), diastolic pressure and systolic pressure of the patients in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group, and the differences were significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion During the treatment of heart failure combined with hypotension, sodium nitroprusside combined with dopamine can improve the effective rate of clinical treatment, increase the indicators of LVDD, LVEF, diastolic pressure and systolic pressure, and the effect is significant, it it worthy of clinical promotion.
