老年冠心病患者实施人性化护理干预效果观察

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing intervention in elderly patients with coronary heart disease.Methods 70 patients with coronary heart disease in our hospital from May 2013 to May 2016. The patients were randomly divided into two groups,35 cases in each group. The patients in the control group were treated with routine nursing and the patients in the observation group were given humanized nursing intervention on the basis of routine nursing. The quality of life was compared between the two groups.ResultsThe scores of life quality of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly patients with coronary heart disease effect of the implementation of humane care intervention significantly.%目的：探讨分析老年冠心病患者实施人性化护理干预的效果。方法选取2013年5月～2016年5月在我院治疗的70例老年冠心病患者作为观察对象。将其简单随机分为2组，每组均为35例。对照组患者采用常规护理，观察组患者在常规护理的基础上，给予人性化护理进行干预。对比两组患者的生活质量。结果护理后，观察组患者生活质量各维度评分均优于对照组，P＜0.05。结论老年冠心病患者实施人性化护理干预效果显著。
