盆底生物反馈与针灸辨证取穴治疗脑卒中后便秘的临床治疗效果

摘要

ObjectiveTo explore the clinical effect of pelvic floor biofeedback and acupuncture dialectical find acupuncture points in treatment of constipation after stroke. Methods80 patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in each group. Control group using method of pelvic floor biofeedback therapy,observation group with acupuncture dialectical find method,to explore the therapeutic effect.ResultsThe treatment effective rate of patients in the control group was 85.00%,the observation group was 95.00%,P<0.05.ConclusionFor constipation after stroke, pelvic floor biofeedback treatment and acupuncture can achieve significant effect.%目的：探究盆底生物反馈与针灸辨证取穴在脑卒中后便秘的临床效果。方法将80例患者随机分成观察组与对照组，每组40例。对照组使用盆底生物反馈法治疗，观察组加用针灸辨证取穴法，探究治疗效果。结果对照组患者治疗有效率为85.00%，观察组为95.00%，P＜0.05。结论对于脑卒中后便秘患者，联合中医针灸与盆底生物反馈法加以治疗，效果显著。
