预见性护理干预对预防手术压疮发生率的影响分析

摘要

Objective To analyze the prevention effect of predictive nursing intervention on surgical with pressure ulcers.Methods 51 cases of patients undergoing predictive nursing intervention from May 2015 to April 2016 in our hospital were selected as the observation group,and the patients who received conventional nursing in the same period were selected as the control group(n=51).Results The pressure ulcer risk assessment value and pressure ulcer incidence in observation group were lower than those in control group.Conclusion Patients with surgery,giving predictive nursing intervention can effectively reduce the incidence of surgical pressure sores.%目的：分析预见性护理干预对手术压疮的预防效果。方法选择我院2015年5月～2016年4月行预见性护理干预的51例手术患者作为观察组，选择同期行常规护理的51例手术患者作为对照组。结果观察组压疮风险评估值与压疮发生率均低于对照组。结论针对手术患者，给予预见性护理干预能够有效降低手术压疮发生率。
