宫颈癌根治术联合化疗对患者术后生存质量的影响

摘要

Objective To explore combination chemotherapy of cervical cancer radical impact on the quality of patients with postoperative survival.Methods96 cases of patients with Cervical cancer were seclected from September 2014 to July 2016,divided them into the study group and the control group,48 cases in each group,the control group patients were given cervical cancer radical treatment,and patients in the control group based on the study group to chemotherapy,compare the surgical effect of two groups of patients.ResultsRemission rate of the study group was significantly higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). The study group was incidence of complications were significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05),the study group lymph node positive rate and near the palace involvement positive rate and vaginal cut edge positive rate,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Preoperative neoadjuvant chemotherapy joint can effectively improve the quality of survival in patients with cervical cancer radical,to reduce the postoperative complications.%目的：探讨宫颈癌根治术联合化疗对患者术后生存质量的影响。方法选取我院2014年9月～2016年7月收治的96例宫颈癌患者为研究对象，将所有患者按照不同的治疗方法分为对照组和研究组。每组48例，对照组患者仅行宫颈癌根治术，研究组在对照组的基础上联合新辅助化疗，对比两组患者的手术效果。结果研究组患者的缓解率高于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。研究组术后并发症发生率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组淋巴结阳性率、宫旁累及阳性率以及阴道切缘阳性率低于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论术前新辅助化疗联合宫颈癌根治术能有效提高患者的生存质量，减少术后并发症。
