The method for the radical abdominal trachelectomy in the patients of reproductive age with the cervical cancer comprises the resection of cervix uteri with the paracervical fat and the pelvic lymphadenectomy. In the course of the surgery, the ascending uterine vessels are spared and the uterovaginal anastomosis is generated.
