METHOD OF CORRECTING HORMONAL STATE DURING POSTCASTRATION SYNDROM IN PATIENTS OF REPRODUCTIVE AGE WITH CERVICAL CANCER

FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: method comprises determining the level of prolactin, estradiol, testosterone, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone in blood to determine background levels. Then, 72 hours prior to surgery, 250 mg of "Omnadren" preparation is intravenously administered to patients in a single dose, then 4 days after the surgery the same parameters are determined relative to the background levels and at higher levels of prolactin, testosterone, luteinizing hormone, follicle-stimulating hormone and at lower level of estradiol in blood seven sessions of xenotherapy are assigned, once a day, against the background of replacement therapy by androgen deposited preparations.;EFFECT: invention application enables to normalize the hormonal state, reduce clinical implications of postcastration syndrome, normalize neuro-vegetative and psycho-emotional disorders, improve life quality of patients with invasive cervical cancer after radical surgeries.;1 tbl, 1 ex
