结核病患者入院健康宣教的效果观察

摘要

Objective To study the clinical effect of health education in patients with tuberculosis.Methods78 cases of hospitalized patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in our hospital were divided into two groups,the control group of 39 patients with routine nursing measures,the observation group of 39 cases of the implementation of hospital health education,the two groups were compared on the awareness rate of tuberculosis knowledge.Results Through the comparison,the awareness rate of patients with pulmonary tuberculosis in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group,the difference between the two groups was statisticaly significant(P<0.05). ConclusionHealth publicity and education before treatment in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can effectively improve the awareness rate of patients with related diseases,improve the clinical cure rate,and achieve the effect of treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.%目的：研究结核病患者入院实施健康宣教的临床效果。方法选择我院78例住院肺结核患者，将其均分为两组，对照组39例实施常规的护理，观察组39例实施入院健康宣教，比较两组患者对肺结核知识的知晓率。结果通过比较，观察组患者对肺结核疾病知识的知晓率比对照组高，两组差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论肺结核患者在实施治疗前进行入院健康宣传教育能够有效提升患者对相关疾病的知晓率，提升临床治愈率，达到治疗肺结核的效果。
