非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者血清APN、FGF-21水平及其相关性分析

             

摘要

ObjectiveTo investigate the levels and correlation analysis of serum adiponectin(APN)and fibroblast growth factor 21(FGF-21)in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and relevant factors.Methods Select the 162 patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(fatty liver group)from June 2014 to June 2016 in Longhai first hosprtal,154 people with no fatty liver disease(normal control group)were chosen for the study. The related biochemical indices were detected with automatic biochemical analyzer. The levels of serum APN and FGF-21 were measured by Enzyme-linked immunosorbent experiment.ResultsCompared with the control group,the levels of serum APN[(9.47±3.12)mg/L vs. (21.07±6.54)mg/L] in the fatty liver group were significantly decreased,and the levels of serum FGF-21[(38.05±7.21)mg/L vs. (94.33±12.24)mg/L]in the fatty liver group were significantly increased,the differences between the two groups were statisticaly significant(P<0.01). Pearson correlation analysis show that serum APN levels and total cholesterol(TG)、triglycerides(TC)、low density lipoprotein(LDL-C)、glucose(GLU)、FGF-21 were negative correlation in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(r=-0.749、-0.688、-0.502、-0.804、-0.774,P<0.01),but the FGF-21 levels and ALT、AST、TG、TC、LDL-C、GLU were positively correlated in patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease(r=0.628、0.612、0.478、0.598、0.633、0.829,P<0.01 or 0.05).Conclusion The levels of APN were significantly decreased and the levels of FGF-21 were significantly increased in nonalcoholic fatty liver disease,it suggesting that APN and FGF-21 might play an important role in the pathogenesis of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.%目的:探讨非酒精性脂肪肝性肝病(NAFLD)患者血清成纤维细胞生长因子-21(FGF-21)、血清脂联素(APN)水平及其相关性分析。方法选取2014年6月~2016年6月入住龙海市第一医院明确诊断NAFLD的患者162例,同时选取同期门诊健康体检者154例作为研究对象,采用全自动生化检测仪检测各研究对象相关生化指标,通过酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测各研究对象血清中FGF-21、APN水平,分析FGF-21、APN与各指标的相关性。结果与正常对照组比较,NAFLD组患者血清APN水平降低[(9.47±3.12)mg/Lvs.(21.07±6.54)mg/L],血清FGF-21水平升高[(38.05±7.21)mg/Lvs.(94.33±12.24)mg/L],两组差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.01)。进一步Pearson相关分析结果显示:NAFLD组患者血清APN水平与甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、血糖、FGF-21均呈负相关(r=-0.749、-0.688、-0.502、-0.804、-0.774,均P<0.01或0.05);FGF-21水平与谷丙转氨酶、谷草转氨酶、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白、血糖均呈正相关(r=0.628、0.612、0.478、0.598、0.633、0.829,均P<0.01或0.05)。结论 NAFLD患者血清APN水平升高,FGF-21水平降低,APN、FGF-21可能参与了NAFLD的发生发展。
