异丙酚与依托咪酯对无痛人流术的麻醉效果对比分析

摘要

Objective To make an investigation and analysis on anesthesia effects of Propofol and Etomidate in painless abortion.Methods Chose 70 patients who were conducted painless abortion in our hospital from December 2014 to December 2015 to study and separated them into control group(35 patients) and study group(35 patients)according to their differential anesthesia applications. Patients in control group were given Propofol anesthesia application only,while,patients in study group were given Propofol combined with Etomidate anesthesia application,and then observed patients’ anesthesia and pain-relieved effects between two groups.ResultsThe anesthesia efficacy data expressed that anesthesia application in study group was more effective compared to that in control group,and such a differential had statistic value between two groups in terms of anesthesia efficacy(P<0.05). Conclusion Propofol combined with Etomidate anesthesia application is conducive to shortening patients’ postoperative recovery time and reducing side-effect incidence.%目的：对异丙酚与依托咪酯在无痛人流术的麻醉效果进行分析与探讨。方法选取70例在我院接受无痛人流术的患者参与麻醉效果研究，选取时间在2014年12月～2015年12月。按照患者所采用麻醉方法的区别进行分组，分别为对照组（35例）和实验组（35例），前者给予异丙酚麻醉，后者给予异丙酚与依托咪酯麻醉，观察麻醉与镇痛效果。结果根据两组的麻醉有效率数据分析发现，实验组麻醉效果优于对照组，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论给予无痛人流手术患者异丙酚与依托咪酯麻醉法，能够缩短术后唤醒时间，降低不良反应。
