目的：对奥西卡平在小儿癫痫部分发作治疗中的应用效果进行评价分析。方法以我院2015年5月～2016年2月收治的24例小儿癫痫部分发作患儿为研究对象，按照临床治疗方法不同将其分为应用丙戊酸钠缓释片治疗的对照组与采用奥卡西平治疗的观察组。将两组治疗效果与不良反应情况作以比较。结果观察组治疗有效率为91.7%高于对照组41.7%（P＜0.05），观察组出现不良反应1例（8.3%）少于对照组3例（25.0%）（P＜0.05）。结论奥西卡平兼具良好临床疗效与安全性，是治疗小儿癫痫部分发作的理想药品。%ObjectiveTo evaluate the effect of the application of the oxcarbazepine in the treatment of children with epilepsy.Methods In our hospital,24 cases of children with partial seizures in children with seizures as the object of study,from May 2015 to February 2016. According to different clinical treatment methods,were divided into two groups,using sodium valproate sustained-release tablets in the control group and treatment with oxcarbazepine in observation group. The therapeutic effects and adverse reactions of two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of observation group was 91.7%,it was higher than that of control group of 41.7%(P<0.05). Adverse reaction in the observation group with 1 case(8.3%), was less than the control group of 3 cases(25.0%)(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxcarbazepine with good clinical efficacy and safety,is the ideal drug treatment of partial seizures in children.
