无创呼吸机治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭临床效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨无创呼吸机作用于慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭治疗中的临床效果。方法选取我院收治的80例慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者作为研究对象，随机将80例患者分为两组，对照组（n=40）实施常规治疗，观察组（n=40）在常规治疗的基础上加入无创呼吸机治疗。结果两组患者治疗后，在血氧张力（PaO2）、二氧化碳分压（PaCO2）以及血氧饱和度（SaO2）上比较，观察组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论在慢性阻塞性肺疾病合并呼吸衰竭患者的治疗中加入无创呼吸机治疗，整体效果更优。%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of noninvasive ventilation in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease complicated with respiratory failure.Methods 80 cases of COPD patients with respiratory failure in our hospital as the research object, were randomly divided into two groups,control group(n=40)received routine treatment,the observation group(n=40)with noninvasive ventilation based on routine treatment.ResultsTwo groups of patients after treatment,in blood oxygen tension(PaO2), carbon dioxide partial pressure(PaCO2)and blood oxygen saturation (SaO2),the observation group were better than the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease with respiratory failure,the overall effect is more obvious.
