Objective To explore the effect of unprotected perineal delivery method on maternal and neonatal outcomes.Methods 120 cases of vaginal delivery were divided into two groups,respectively,using unprotected perineal delivery method(observation group) as wel as the protection of the perineal delivery method(control group),to assess the maternal and neonatal outcomes.Results The rate of perineal integrity(40.0%)in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(20.0%) and the rate of perineal resection(10.0%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(31.7%),and the difference was significant(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between the two groups in neonatal health score(P>0.05).Conclusion Unprotected perineal delivery method can effectively improve the rate of maternal perineal integrity and reduce the rate of maternal perineal resection rate,neonatal Apgar score is higher.%目的：探讨无保护会阴分娩法对母婴结局的影响。方法将阴道分娩产妇120例分为两组，分别使用无保护会阴分娩法（观察组）以及保护会阴分娩法（对照组），评估母婴结局。结果观察组产妇会阴完整率（40.0%）高于对照组（20.0%）且会阴侧切率（10.0%）低于对照组（31.7%）（P＜0.05）。两组新生儿健康评分差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）。结论无保护会阴分娩法能有效提升产妇会阴完整率并降低产妇会阴侧切率，新生儿Apgar评分较高。
