ObjectiveTo investigate the current status of diabetic foot in elderly patients with diabetes melitus,to explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of diabetic foot,so as to improve the awareness of prevention of diabetic foot.Methods Randomly selected from January 2015 to January 2016 in our hospital received outpatient and inpatient treatment of 120 cases of diabetes as the research object,according to the random number method,the patients were divided into the control group and the experimental group,each of 60 cases. The control group was given routine diabetes basic knowledge education,the experimental group on the basis of the control group,nursing intervention,compare the awareness rate of the two groups of patients with diabetic foot prevention knowledge,and compare the effect of the two groups of nursing measures on the prevention of elderly diabetic foot. Results The awareness rate of diabetic foot prevention in experimental group was higher than that in control group,the effect of diabetic foot care in experimental group was better than that in control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of elderly diabetic foot effect is ideal,can improve the awareness rate of diabetic foot knowledge and clinical nursing effect.%目的：调查老年糖尿病患者对预防糖尿病足的现状，探讨护理干预对预防糖尿病足的影响，从而提高老年人对糖尿病足预防的意识。方法随机选择2015年1月～2016年1月我院接收的门诊和住院治疗糖尿病患者120例作为研究对象，根据随机数字法将患者分成对照组与实验组，各60例。对照组实施常规糖尿病基本知识教育，实验组在对照组护理基础上增加护理干预，比较两组患者对糖尿病足预防知识的知晓率，比较两组护理措施对预防老年糖尿病足的影响。结果实验组糖尿病足预防知识知晓率高于对照组，实验组糖尿病足护理效果优于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论护理干预对预防老年糖尿病足效果理想，能够提高对糖尿病足知识知晓率和临床护理效果。
