康复护理干预对脑外伤恢复期患者日常生活活动能力的影响

摘要

Objective To explore the impact of rehabilitation nursing intervention on the activities of daily living of traumatic brain injury patients in recovery phase.Methods378 cases of traumatic brain injury patients in our hospital were selected for the study from January 2013 to December 2015,al the patients were divided into control and study groups,189 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine clinical care,study group added rehabilitation nursing intervention.ResultsThe total effective rate of nursing in study group was 95.24%(180/189)and 83.07%(157/189)in the control group(P<0.05),after nursing the ADL score of study group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Rehabilitation nursing intervention can effectively improve the patient's activities of daily living,with significant nursing effect.%目的：探讨康复护理干预对脑外伤恢复期患者日常生活活动能力的影响。方法选取我院2013年1月～2015年12月收治的378例脑外伤患者为对象，将所有患者根据不同的护理方法分为对照组和研究组，每组189例，对照组患者实施常规的临床护理，研究组在对照组的基础上实施康复护理干预，比较两组患者的护理效果及护理前后的日常生活活动能力。结果研究组护理总有效率为95.24%（180/189），对照组护理总有效率为83.07%（157/189），两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05），研究组护理后日常生活活动能力评分优于对照组，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论康复护理干预能有效的提高患者的日常生活活动能力，护理效果显著。
