CD105、PTEN、VEGF 3项联合检测在宫颈癌组织中的表达及意义评价

摘要

Objective To analyze the expression of CD105,PTEN,VEGF significance in cervical cancer tissues.Methods In our hospital,200 cases of cervical cancer patients with cervical carcinoma as study samples,detection of CD105,PTEN,VEGF levels and correlation analysis.Results CD105, PTEN,VEGF expression in clinical staging and lymph node metastasis results had statisticaly significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion CD105, PTEN,vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF)of the three indicators of cervical cancer staging,treatment,prognosis have important significance.%目的：分析CD105、PTEN、VEGF联检在宫颈癌组织中的意义。方法收集我院200例宫颈癌患者的宫颈癌组织为标本研究，检测CD105、PTEN、VEGF水平，分析相关性。结果 CD105、PTEN、VEGF表达在临床分期与淋巴结转移结果上差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 CD105、PTEN、VEGF这三项指标对宫颈癌分期、治疗、预后情况有重要意义。
