健康教育与心理护理在宫腔镜手术治疗不孕症中的应用观察

摘要

Objective To observe the effect of health education and psychological nursing in the application of hysteroscopy in the treatment of infertility. MethodsSelected in our hospital 80 cases accepted hysteroscopy operation in the treatment of infertility were randomly divided into control group and observation group,control group was given routine nursing intervention therapy,observation group give health education and psychological nursing intervention therapy,compared two groups of nursing effect.Results The self rating anxiety scale of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)1 years after operation. ConclusionThe treatment of infertility patients with health education and psychological nursing intervention measures can reduce the psychological burden,improve the patient's pregnancy rate.%目的：观察健康教育与心理护理在宫腔镜手术治疗不孕症中的应用效果。方法选取我院收治的80例接受宫腔镜手术治疗不孕症的患者机分为对照组与观察组，对照组给予常规护理干预方案治疗，观察组则给予健康教育与心理护理干预方案治疗，对比两组的护理效果。结果观察组患者的焦虑自评量表结果低于对照组；观察组患者术后1年内受孕率高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论给予治疗不孕症患者应用健康教育与心理护理干预措施，可减轻心理负担，提高患者的受孕率。
