强化社会支持护理对心血管患者认知程度及依从性的影响

ObjectiveTo study the effect of strengthening social support nursing on cognition and compliance in patients with cardiovascular disease.Methods 102 cases of patients with cardiovascular disease,were randomly divided into observation group and control group. Patients in the control group received routine nursing,the observation group on the control group given to strengthen social support nursing. Cognitive degree and compliance were compared between the two groups of patients before and after the intervention. Using social support rating scale (SSRs) to assess the degree of social support.Results After the intervention,the observation group of awareness score,compliance rate,the total social support scores were higher than the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening social support nursing can significantly improve the social support of patients with cardiovascular disease,so as to improve their cognitive level and compliance rate.%目的：研究强化社会支持护理对心血管患者认知程度及依从性的影响。方法抽选心血管疾病患者102例，随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组患者给予常规护理，观察组在对照组基础上给予强化社会支持护理，比较两组患者干预前后认知程度、依从性，参照社会支持评定量表（SSRS）评估社会支持度。结果干预后，观察组患者认知度评分、依从率、社会总支持度评分均高于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P均＜0.05）。结论强化社会支持护理能改善心血管患者社会支持度，从而提高其认知程度和依从率。
