目的：分析拉米夫定联合自拟复方乙肝汤治疗慢性乙型肝炎的临床疗效。方法选取2015年1月～2016年1月在我院进行治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者72例，按抽签顺序分为两组，各36例。所有患者均行常规治疗，对照组实施拉米夫定治疗，研究组给予拉米夫定联合自拟复方乙肝汤治疗，对两组患者治疗效果及免疫学检测结果进行比较。结果研究组总有效率较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；研究组免疫学指标水平较对照组高，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论对慢性乙型肝炎患者实施拉米夫定联合自拟复方乙肝汤治疗效果较好，可有效改善免疫学检测结果。%Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of Lamivudine combined with self-made Fufang Yigan decoction in treatment of chronic hepatitis B.Methods 72 selected patients with chronic hepatitis B admitted into the hospital from January 2015 to January 2016 were divided into two groups by drawing lots,36 cases in each. All patients were given conventional treatment. Control group was treated with Lamivudine and research group was treated with Lamivudine combined with self-made Fufang Yigan decoction. Treatment effect and result of immunological detection of two groups were compared.Results Compared with control group,the total effective rate of research group was statistically increased(P<0.05). Compared with control group,the levels of immunological indexes statistically increased(P<0.05). Conclusion Lamivudine combined with self-made Fufang Yigan decoction in treatment of chronic hepatitis B has significant treatment effects and can effectively improve result of immunological detection.
