探讨血站采血护理人员与青年献血者沟通技巧

         

摘要

Objective To study and probe into the communication skil s between the blood taking nursing staff and young blood donors in the blood bank. Methods 300 young blood donors and who were donated blood in our blood bank from August 2013 to October 2014 were taken as the research objects,and age between 19 to 27 years old,which the majority of college students. Then,according to the physiological and psychological characteristics of young blood donors,it had a good interaction with the language communication and professional service communication and psychological care. Results 300 young donors were successful blood donation,there was no adverse reaction phenomenon. Through a questionnaire survey to assess the satisfaction of blood donors up to 99%(297/300),tracking statistics two blood donation rate was reached 81.67%(245/300). Conclusion The high quality and effective verbal communication which can help young people get a good and comfortable blood donation experience,that is to ensure the quality of blood output and through the harmonious interaction to enhance the psychological satisfaction of blood donors,and promote the wil ingness of donors in the latter stage of blood donation.%目的:研究探讨血站采血护理人员与青年献血者沟通技巧。方法随机性抽取2013年8月~2014年10月来我血站献血青年300名作为研究对象,年龄在19 ~27岁,其中大学生群体居多,针对青年献血者生理及心理状态特点结合细致的语言交流以及专业性服务沟通和心理护理等方式进行良好互动。结果300名青年献血者均成功献血,未出现不良反应现象;通过问卷调查评估献血者满意度高达99.00%(297/300),追踪统计二次献血率达到81.67%(245/300)。结论优质高效的言语沟通交流帮助青年献血者受到良好舒适的献血体验,即保证了血液输出质量也通过融洽互动交流提升献血者心理满意度,促进献血者后期再次献血意愿。
