目的：评价在胃十二指肠疾病临床诊断中运用胃肠超声造影检查的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析2014～2015年在我院接受胃肠超声诊断胃十二指肠疾病114例患者的胃肠超声资料，对临床诊断价值做出相应评价。结果本组104例患者经超声诊断胃癌19例，胃恶性淋巴瘤3例，慢性胃炎67例，十二指肠球炎14例，十二指肠溃疡11例，胃肠超声检查与胃镜检查结果相符的有107例（93.9％），与病理检查相符合的有98例（86.0％）。结论运用胃肠超声检查诊断胃十二指肠疾病具有较高的诊断符合率，临床应用前景良好。%Objective Appraisal of the diagnostic value of gastrointestinal ultrasound imaging in the clinical diagnosis of gastroduodenal diseases. Methods A retrospective analysis from 2014 to 2015 years our hospital gastrointestinal ultrasound diagnosis gastroduodenal diseases 114 cases of patients with gastrointestinal ultrasound data,the diagnostic value of clinical evaluation accordingly. Results The group of 104 patients by ultrasound diagnosis of gastric cancer,19 cases of gastric lymphoma match 3 cases,67 cases of chronic gastritis,duodenal inflammation in 14 cases,11 cases of duodenal ulcer,gastrointestinal endoscopy and ultrasound results there are 107 cases(93.9%),consistent with the pathology of 98 patients(86.0%). Conclusion The use of ultrasound for diagnosis of gastrointestinal gastroduodenal diseases with high diagnostic accuracy, good prospects for clinical application.
