老年脑肿瘤开颅术后颅内血肿的早期观察及护理

摘要

目的：探讨老年脑肿瘤患者开颅术后的早期观察及有效护理对发现及救治颅内血肿的重要意义。方法对老年脑肿瘤开颅术后的颅内血肿情况进行早期观察，并实施基础护理、饮食护理、引流管护理等护理措施。结果76例患者中出现术后颅内血肿的有10例，经过及时救治和科学护理后，护理显效5例（50%），有效4例（40%），无效1例（10%），有效率90%。结论临床上对开颅术后颅内血肿进行严格的早期观察对于病情的变化能够及时发现，而有效的护理对策是治疗成功的保障。%Objective To study the elderly brain tumors in patients with early postoperative observation and effective nursing craniotomy for discovery and the significance of treatment of intracranial hematoma. Methods The elderly brain tumors of observations in the early postoperative intracranial hematoma craniotomy,and implementation of basic nursing,diet nursing,nursing care measures such as drainage tube. Results 76 cases of patients of postoperative intracranial hematoma in 10 cases,after timely treatment and nursing science,nursing in 5 cases were markedly improved(50%),4 cases (40%),effective invalid in 1 case(10%),effective rate was 90%. Conclusion The early clinical postoperative intracranial hematoma craniotomy for strict observation for the change of the disease can be found in time,and the effective nursing measures is the guarantee of successful treatment.
