造口皮肤黏膜分离伴造口肠瘘患者的临床护理效果研究

摘要

Objective To investigate the clinical efect of nursing care for patients with skin mucous membrane separation and stoma fistula.Methods From may 2013 to October 2015 in our hospital for treatment of 52 cases of peristomal skin mucous membrane separation with stoma fistula patients. Retrospective study and analysis of clinical data and efective nursing measures.Results In 52 patients,49 cases of superficial skin and mucosa membrane separation. The healing time was 7 to 12 days. The rest 3 cases for the skin deep skin and mucosa membrane separation. The healing time was 14 to 19 days,2 cases by excreta via the fistula into the abdominal cavity lead to abdominal infection.Conclusion Skin mucous membrane separation and stoma fistula patients in implementation of comprehensive care can efectively promote wound healing,improve nursing quality and the patients' quality of life,and promote the rehabilitation of patients.%目的：探讨造口皮肤黏膜分离伴造口肠瘘患者的临床护理效果。方法抽取2013年5月～2015年10月在我院就诊的52例造口皮肤黏膜分离伴造口肠瘘患者病例资料进行回顾性研究，分析有效的护理措施。结果52例患者中，49例为浅表皮肤黏膜分离，愈合时间为7～12 d；其余3例为深层皮肤黏膜分离，愈合时间为14～19 d；2例因造口排泄物通过瘘口进入腹腔导致腹腔感染。结论对造口皮肤黏膜分离伴造口肠瘘患者实施全面护理可以有效促进创面愈合，提高护理质量和患者生活质量，促进患者康复。
