社区综合干预对冠心病患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响

摘要

目的：评价社区综合干预对上海某社区冠心病患者疾病认知及生活质量的影响。方法选取该社区120例诊断为冠心病的患者，随机分为常规治疗组和社区干预组，常规治疗组仅行常规调脂抗凝药物治疗，社区干预组除常规用药之外还给予患者社区综合干预措施。随访1年，并比较两组患者冠心病认知评分、西雅图心绞痛评分及治疗依从性评分的改变情况。结果与基线时相比，常规药物治疗组与社区干预组均能提高冠心病认知问卷评分和西雅图心绞痛问卷调查量表评分（P＜0.05）；与常规药物组相比，社区干预组冠心病认知问卷评分和西雅图心绞痛问卷调查量表评分及治疗依从性升高更优，差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论社区综合干预组能提高冠心病患者的疾病认知及生活质量，改善预后。%Objective To evaluate influence of community integrated intervention on status of cognition and quality of life in community coronary heart disease patients. MethodsA total of 120 community coronary heart disease patients were selected and randomly divided into routine treatment group (conventional lipid-regulation and anticoagulation)and community intervention group(received community intervention treatment based on routine treatment). The status of CHD cognition score,seattle angina score and treatment compliance score after intervention within 1 year were compared between two groups.ResultsCompared with preintervention,there were significant increased in coronary heart disease cognition score and seattle angina score in both groups(P<0.05). However,the coronary heart disease cognition score,seattle angina score and treatment compliance score were higher in community intervention group than routine treatmentgroup(P<0.05).Conclusion Community intervention could significantly improve coronary heart disease patient’s quality of life and improve the prognosis.
