2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变危险因素分析及护理措施

摘要

目的：探讨2型糖尿病患者视网膜病变（DR）危险因素，提出相应的护理措施。方法采用回顾分析法，随机选取2013年4月～2015年2月在大庆市人民医院眼科住院治疗的100例2型糖尿病患者的临床资料作为研究对象，对确诊为DR的53例患者的危险因素进行总结分析。结果针对DR患者的相关危险因素，提出相应护理措施，可以将患者的血糖、血压严格控制在与正常水平接近，可使DR的进展得以阻止或延缓。结论加强对糖尿病患者的健康教育工作，做到早发现，早治疗，是降低DR的发病率、保护患者的视力、提高糖尿病患者的生活质量的重要保障。%Objective To investigate the risk factors of diabeticretinitis(DR)in type 2 diabetes patients,and propose appropriate care measures.Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted for the clinical data of randomly selected patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized in ophthalmology department of daqing people's hospital from April 2013 to February 2015. And the risk factors of 53 patients diagnosed with DR were analyzed.ResultsThrough systematic eye examination,a total number of 53 out of the 100 patients were diagnosed with DR,with the incidence rate being 53%. The main risk factors for DR are the course of disease,age,blood glucose control,blood pressure and so on. ConclusionThe development of DR can be prevented or delayed provided that patients’ blood glucose and blood pressure can be controled around the normal level after analyzing the risk factors associated with DR and proposing appropriate nursing interventions for them. To enhance health education for diabetes patients and achieve a state of early detection and early treatment is an important guarantee for reducing the incidence of DR,protecting the patient's vision,and improving the quality of life of diabetes patients.
