优质护理服务在永久起搏器植入术后患者中的应用效果评价

摘要

目的：分析将优质护理应用于永久起搏器植入术后的综合效果。方法选取我院收治的40例接受永久起搏器植入式的患者为研究对象，将患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各20例；对照组行常规护理，观察组则采用优质护理服务。结果经过系统的护理，两组患者焦虑评分及护理满意度比较观察组均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论优质护理能够有效改善永久起搏器植入术患者的心理状态，进而提升其治疗依从性，保证治疗效果。%Objective To analyze the comprehensive effect of the high quality nursing role to permanent pacemaker implantation.MethodsSelected 40 cases of our hospital in patients undergoing permanent pacemaker implanted as the research object,the patients were divided into observation group and control group,each group 20 cases. Control group routine nursing,the observation group USES the high quality nursing service.ResultsAfter system of nursing,two groups of patients' anxiety score and nursing satisfaction comparative observation group were better than control group(P<0.05). Conclusion High quality nursing care can effectively to the letter of permanent pacemaker implantation in patients with psychological state,and then improve their treatment adherence,ensure effective treatment.
