脑梗死的中医治疗与疗效初步研究

摘要

目的：研究中医治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法本次研究选取2014年4月～2015年4月我院收治的脑梗死患者70例，根据数字法将患者分为对照组35例，观察组35例。对照组给予西医药物治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上给予患者中医辨证治疗，两组患者经3个月的治疗后对疗效进行评价。结果两组患者在治愈、显效、无效、总有效数据均存在差异，观察组患者的总有效率高于对照组患者（P＜0.05），对照组患者的无效率高于对照组患者（P＜0.05）。结论采用中医治疗脑梗死临床效果显著，安全可靠。%ObjectiveTo investigate the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine treatment for cerebral infarction. Methods From April 2014 to April 2015,70 cases of patients with cerebral infarction in our hospital were divided into control group and observation group according to the digital method,35 cases in each group. The control group received Western medicine treatment,observation group,based on control group,received TCM treatment,to evaluate the treatment efficacy of two groups of patients after three months. ResultsThere were differences about the cured,effective, ineffective and total effective data between two groups of patients. The total effective rate of observation group was higher that of control group (P<0.05),the inefficient rate in control group of patients was higher than that in observation group (P<0.05). ConclusionTraditional Chinese medicine treatment for cerebral infarction has significantly clinical effect,which is safe and reliable.
