口服蛋白粥提升血浆白蛋白的临床研究

             

摘要

Objective To observe the clinical effect of protein porridge to enhance plasma albumin.Methods2 000 hospitalized patients with low serum albumin were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 1 000 cases in each group. Treatment group taking protein porridge 1 to 2 course of treatment. Plasma albumin was measured before and at the end of treatment. Focus on the observation of plasma albumin increased amplitude and compared with the control group.ResultsTaking protein porridge can significantly improve the level of plasma albumin. The patient's condition was more severe,the lower the plasma protein,and the higher the plasma albumin level,the better the curative effect. After taking the protein,the clinical cure rate was 62.40%,and the effective rate was 91.60%. Compared with the control group,the difference was statisticaly significant.Conclusion Protein porridge is effective for enhancing plasma albumin. It has the advantages of rapid onset,high curative effect,short course of disease,economical and safe,simple and easy to operate. To find a new way to take the supplement of albumin.%目的:观察蛋白粥提升血浆白蛋白的临床效果。方法选择2000例低白蛋白血症的住院患者,随机分成治疗组和对照组各1000例;治疗前及结束时检查血浆白蛋白。治疗组服用蛋白粥1~2疗程,重点观察血浆白蛋白提升幅度,同对照组进行对比。结果服用蛋白粥能提升血浆白蛋白水平,病情越重、血浆白蛋白越低,血浆白蛋白提升的越快,疗效越好。临床治愈率62.40%,有效率91.60%。同对照组比较差异具有统计学意义。结论用口服蛋白粥提升血浆白蛋白疗效肯定,具有起效快、疗效高、病程短、既经济又安全、简便、易行的优点,为临床开辟了一条用口服方法补充白蛋白的新途径。
