目的：分析与探究产科护理中存在的不安全因素，并针对于产科护理中存在的不安全因素提出对策。方法选择2014年5月～2015年10月在我院进行治疗的患者共600例，对其在护理过程中出现差错的患者病例进行筛选和分许，共50例，并依据这50例患者住院期间的病例进行分析，分析出在产科护理过程中存在的不安全因素，并针对于这些不安全因素提供相应的解决和预防措施。结果通过对这50例患者的病例进行分析，发现护理人员的自身素质、文书书写状况、医院环境和科室管理等因素是产科护理存在的主要问题。结论针对这样的问题和现状应当提升医护人员的整体水平，对产科科室进行有效的管理才能够减少不安全因素的发生，提升产科的整体护理质量。%Objective To analyze and explore the unsafe factors in obstetric nursing,and put forward the Countermeasures for the unsafe factors in obstetric nursing.Methods Chose May 2014 to October 2015 in our hospital for treatment of patients with a total of 600 cases,of the error of cases occur in the nursing process for screening and PM,a total of 50 cases and on the basis of the 50 patients hospital during cases analysis,analysis the unsafe factors exist in the process of obstetric care,and needle for the insecure factors provide the corresponding solutions and preventive measures.Results Through the analysis of the cases of the 50 patients,it was found that the quality of the nursing staff,writing condition,the environment of the hospital and the management of the Department were the main problems in the obstetric nursing.Conclusion In view of such problems and the status quo should improve the overal level of health care workers,the Department of Obstetrics and gynecology for effective management so that it can reduce the incidence of unsafe factors,improve the quality of obstetric care.
