Objective To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention in thoracoscopic lobectomy in patients. Methods 73 patients were selected in our hospital who underwent VATS lobectomy patients clinical data were analyzed,they were divided for the control group(n=34) and study group(n=39),control group received routine nursing care,study group underwent comprehensive nursing intervention,compared two groups of patients with nursing effect. Results The control group was lower than the study group,the average length of stay was longer than the study group,the incidence of adverse reactions was significantly higher than that of the study group,the comparison between groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention undergoing thoracoscopic lobectomy patients,improve the satisfaction of patients, reducing the incidence of adverse reactions,and can be widely used in clinic.%目的：探讨实施综合护理干预在行胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者中的应用价值。方法选取我院收治的73例行胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者的临床资料进行分析，将其随机分为对照组（n=34）和研究组（n=39），对照组行常规护理，研究组行综合护理干预，对比2组患者的护理效果。结果对照组满意度评分低于研究组，平均住院时间长于研究组，不良反应发生率高于研究组，组间比较（P＜0.05）。结论实施综合护理干预在行胸腔镜肺叶切除术患者中，提高了患者的满意度，降低了不良反应发生率。
