目的：分析并评价对手术治疗视网膜脱离患者围手术期护理的方法及其效果。方法将2014年3月～2015年3月于我院诊断为视网膜脱离的患者84例随机分为对照组和实验组，每组患者42例。对照组视网膜脱离患者进行一般护理，实验组进行综合性护理，比较分析2组患者的满意度，视力及心理功能、眼部疼痛、眼部疲劳等生活指标。结果实验组患者的满意度与对照组相比较优，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患者的视力及心理功能等各项生活指标与对照组相比缓解程度为优，差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论在对手术治疗视网膜脱离患者围手术期护理的方法中，综合性护理生活指标与一般护理相比较优，患者满意度较高。%Objective To analysis and evaluation the perioperative nursing method with surgical treatment of retinal detachment patients. Methods The 84 cases patients in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2015 were randomly divided into two groups:the control and experimental groups,42 patients in each group,the general care of patients in the control group and the patients were experimental implementation of integrated care,comparative analysis of patients' satisfaction,vision and mental function,eye pain,eye fatigue life indicators. Results The experimental group was higher patient satisfaction,difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). Experimental group vision, mental function than the control group,difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the surgical treatment of retinal detachment patients perioperative nursing process,comprehensive nursing care living index compared with the general superior,high patient satisfaction.
