143例小儿肺炎常见致病菌分布及诊治方案

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the distribution of common pathogens in children with pneumonia and treatment programs more effective for clinical treatment of children with pneumonia provided basis. Methods 143 cases of children with pneumonia in children in September 2014 ~ September 2015 to our hospital for respiratory sputum culture and sensitivity test results were analyzed as the basic data. Results The results of bacterial culture sensitivity,trained a total of 9 species of pathogenic bacteria,pathogens 251 cases. Among them,the gram-negative bacteria 195 cases(77.68%), gram-positive bacteria of 56 cases(22.31%),infection constitutes a major strain of klebsiella pneumonia(77,30.67%),escherichia coli(21, 23.86%)other pathogenic bacteria pseudomonas aeruginosa,staphylococcus aureus. Sensitivity to antimicrobial agents in each of amikacin, ciprofloxacin highest sensitive rate,ceftazidime,ceftriaxone sensitivity minimum. Conclusion Strengthen the supervision of antibiotics to prevent the overuse of antibiotics,rational choice of targeted antibiotic therapy can improve the treatment of pneumonia in children,deserves clinical attention.%目的:探讨小儿肺炎常见致病菌分布及诊治方案,为临床更有效治疗小儿肺炎感染提供依据。方法选取于本院2014年9月~2015年9月来我院就诊的143例小儿肺炎患儿,以呼吸道痰液培养和药敏实验结果为基本资料进行分析。结果细菌培养药敏结果中,培养出致病菌共9种,251例。其中,革兰氏阴性菌195例(77.68%),革兰性阳性菌56例(22.31%);其感染菌株构成主要有肺炎克雷伯菌(77株,30.67%)、大肠埃希菌(21株,23.86%),其他致病菌有铜绿假单胞菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等。对各抗菌药物的敏感度中,对阿米卡星、环丙沙星的敏感率最高,对头孢他啶、头孢曲松的敏感度最低。结论加强抗菌药物的监管、防止抗生素的滥用,针对性的选择合理的抗菌药物治疗,可以提高小儿肺炎的治疗效果。
