基于新形势的临床法医鉴定纠纷与防范策略

摘要

Forensic evidence identification system in our country is an important part of case of criminal law by the parties to the crime severity and civil a direct link between the amount of compensation. In view of this,not only must master advanced forensic medical identification technology,and members need to uphold the rigorous,impartial,objective and realistic attitude,conduct forensic work. The basis of this review of clinical forensic,clinical forensic analyses causes of disputes,propose corresponding strategies.%法医鉴定是我国证据鉴定制度体系中的重要组成部分，与案件对犯罪当事人的刑法轻重和民事赔偿数额存在直接联系。鉴于此，法医鉴定不仅需掌握先进的医疗鉴定技术，而且鉴定人员需秉承着严谨、公正、客观、真实的态度，开展法医鉴定工作。本综述以临床法医鉴定为基点，分析临床法医鉴定纠纷的产生原因，提出相应的方法策略。
